    Feature

     

    SELECTION OF EMBROADERY METHOD

    Either Chain Stitch or Loop Stitch may be selected for embroidery.

    NEEDLE BAR HEIGHT SETTING

    The height of the needle bar may be changed by 0.3mm per step from Step 1 through Step 10.

    CHENILLE EMBROIDERY TRIMMING

    Either Chain Stitch or Loop Stitch can be selected for trimming.

    EXPANDED MEMORY SIZE

    The machine can store a maximum of 100 designs. The basic memory size is 2 million stitches.

    MIRROR IMAGE CONVERSION AND DESIGN DIRECTION

    Design angle can be modified by 1˚ for angles between 0˚ and 359˚, and mirror image can be converted (X and Y-axis conversion).

    ENLARGING AND REDUCING DESIGN

    Embroidery design can be enlarged or reduced by increments of 1% within the range between 50% and 200% to the direction of X and Y-axis.
    AUTOMATIC SELECTION OF NEEDLE BAR

    You can select the order of the needle bars up to the 99th.

    GENERAL REPETITION WORK

    Same design can be repeated up to 99 times to the direction of X and Y-axis.

    SPECIAL REPETITION WORK

    A number of designs can be repeated while modifying mirror image and angle. Special repeat work can be set up to 63.

    AUTOMATIC OFFSET

    Frame is automatically returned to the offset point when embroidery is finished to ease embroidery replacement process. Frame replacement can be done at a desired position by configuring automatic offset from parameter setting mode.

    MANUAL OFFSET

    Frame can be manually moved from a pre-set position for better applique and frame replacement during the embroidery. Frame can be returend to its original position by simple key control.

    ORIGIN RETURN

    Frame can be returned to its starting point during the embroidery.

    FLOAT STITCH FUNTION

    By the units of 1, 100, 1000, and 10000 needles and color code unit, needle bar can be moved forward and backward without actual embroidery.

    FRAME BACKWARD

    When a thread falls off or becomes cut, frame can be returned to the starting point 1 – 10 times.

    AUTO RETURN TO THE EMBROIDERY STOP POSITION AFTER SUDDEN POWER INTERRUPTION

    Frame can be automatically returned to the exact last position before power shortage and this function greatly reduces defects in complete products.

    EDIT FUNTION

    Stitch data and function code (jump, exit, trim) can be deleted, modified, inserted.

    SETTING SPEED AND CURRENT SPEED ARE DISPLAYED AT RPM ON THE SCREEN

    Allows input/output, deletion of design using USB memory stick.

    INDIVIDUAL HEAD OPERATION

    Head with the cut thread can be separately controlled from other heads.
